Since shop.lowcarbspark.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent.
Items that have not been downloaded
If you haven’t downloaded the purchased goods within 2 months from the date of purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund. All you have to do is to send an email to email@example.com.
Digital products, which are purchased and downloadable such as meal plans, e-books, or include access to coaching support groups online, are not eligible for a refund.
Why a refund may not be given
As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.
There is no obligation for us to provide a refund in situations like the following:
- you don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it;
- the item did not meet your expectations;
- you simply change your mind;
- you bought an item by mistake;
- you can no longer access the item because it has been removed (we advise you to download items as soon as you have purchased them to avoid this situation).
- you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item;
